Tip of the Week

High Performance Vista

Microsoft Vista comes with a new set of battery and power plans.  If Vista seems a bit slower than you anticipated it because the default power setting limits the CPU to 50 percent.

For high performance:

  • Click Start, Click on Control Panel
  • Open the Power Options control panel and change it to High Performance to give push your processor to its top rated speed.
